Library

This week is the final week of classes, and the begining of exam week. So, I have been spending a lot of time in the Library, so much time in fact, that I decided to make a post about it. I love old books, they have the coolest covers, smell historical, and really make you travel back in time. Why don’t they bind books the way they used to?

Music Across the Miles

Phil Hamilton lives Near Boston in Massachussets, I live in Grand Rapids Michigan. When I saw that he played mandolin, I immediatley wanted to somehow collaborate musically. Well, we did more than that, and added video into the picture. This is is the result of our efforts, it is not perfect, but fun none the less. (For all of you who were wondering, that is a Mountain Dulcimer that I am playing.)

Paper Cup

I learned how to make these when I was a little kid, I used to put tape on them so they would last longer…Of course, all the water eventually began to taste like scotch tape and pulp.

The Benefits of a Hotel Job

I work at a hotel on the weekends. There are many duties that I must do, this video shows one of them. This is the first post that I recorded on my digital still camera (Canon s410) I think it turned out pretty good. Sorry about the background noise…it was filmed in the laundry room. I need to get a larger memory card, so I can take longer videos.

A Trip to the Dentist

I went to the dentist this morning. I was happy that they let me film while they worked on me. (you heard right, I filmed all of this myself while they were drilling away!) Everything went quite well, probably the best dentist visit that I have had yet!
