Salzburg is an awesome city to visit. There is a ton to see and do, but one of the most exciting things for us was to see all the real-life Sound of Music sites in the city. This is our video homage to one of the best films ever made.

I love SOM and made the trek to Salzberg about 10 years ago and did the SOM bus tour that got us to the wedding church but not the some of the places you were, namely the “I Have Confidence” strut along the orange wall.
So question, did you take the cable car to get to top of Alps for that shot and how accurate location to the movie? Julie Andrews on Oprah last year described how harrowing it was to get there.
Thanks for the motivation to go back soon with GF and I totally support your editing skills in lifting the movie clips!
