Very cool. Do you really boil your water like that every time? I never thought to do it like that, I always just use the microwave.

that’s the most strange way of making chocolate I have ever seen, with water?!?!?!? in USA you don’t use milk….. try and you’ll find the real difference

Your better off with a kettle. It would keep you from getting scalded. Though it is a nice effect to see the water boiling.
