Captivating…. I watched this early in the morning just as I am about to leave for work. It is dark and cold outside, we are waiting for the snow and ice to arrive. Your video reminded me of the magic and elemental beauty of it all.

    cheers for that

    Adam

Ah, Josh dear, you don’t have to move far to make magic. This is quite lovely.

I found out I had strep throat on Wednesday and this video was so sad because it represents how I’ve felt all week. I’m so LONELY! Today I get to leave my place and hang out with friends. I’m threw seeing everything from the inside of a hotel/airplane/condo. I’ve been around the continent but feel like I haven’t been anywhere. This was beautiful though. I sometimes look out a window and try to see things as though I were in a movie. I love that you captured that and compressed it into 320×240.

I’m completely jealous of what’s outside your window, very beautiful. All you see out my window is a big cement wall :(

GREAT vid, I loved the subtle movements and the feeling you were able to capture. The sense of actually looking and pondering, just lost in thoughts….great vid Josh

I live in Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada and that vid nearly made me cry. I don’t know if it was the music or the depressing thought that I still have 3 more months (at least) of snow to look forward to.

    It was probably the music

    Really enjoy your vlog

this is a nice piece of work!

the music was a nice accompaniment but the editing was quite good.. I liked how at the middle you had longer shots and then at the end they became shorter.. plus, the window shadow shots.. so good!
