But I grew up in an apartment and trick-or-treating was the BEST because you'd get a small group of kids together from different buildings in the same neighborhood and then went to ALL the buildings! We cleaned up! Also, the lobbies of the buildings would host parties so it was like going to 20 parties in one night! I don't know what happened to trick-or-treating...no one in the city does it any more. Kids just parade up every avenue and get candy from stores. Some of them aren't even in costume. So lame.
