I never knew that hunting for Easter eggs could be a ruthless sport!

Awesome. We do Easter morning at my boyfriend’s parents’ house … even though the youngest kids are 22 (oldest is 29), they still hide the baskets and … yes, we do the egg hunt. They’re plastic eggs filled with money — all in change so definitely not as much as you hauled in! I got $7.03 this year.

I loved this!! Easter Egg hunts are when all adults become kids again. The egg cam was hilarious, and the song was a perfect choice. Thanks for sharing this!

Egg money! There’s some poor chicken out there looking for those dollar bills.

    Or maybe it’s an egg-laying rabbit…

There’s nothing else quite like a DK holiday . . . and I’ve only been to the Christmas party. I love the blurring of the definition of “children” and “adults”–everyone gets to participate!

Your camera was flying around a lot. Did those 8-year-olds give you a hard time?

I was having a HORRIBLE day which sadly I can’t vlog about because my computer is busted when I decided to check my mefeedia and I watched your video. I smiled the whole time. You made my day.

    Thanks Josh,

That was great! Jer’s family does the same thing with the same intensity. He pushed me down in the mud one year!
Glad to see you and Sara had a great Easter.

Hey that turned out awesome! Hope you don’t mind, but I just had to pimp it on my lj. Got a lot of friends on there who I’m sure would love a first hand look at the insanity that is a DeKoster tradition. ^__^ I promise I said nothing but good things about your vids. You’re more than welcome to check for yourself!

it’s funny, as soon as you dumped all that out on the carpet, my first thought was all the vacuuming that would have to follow -then comes the vacuum -it’s like you’re in my head!

I’m not sure if you’re aware of this, but your vlog (and by proxy, your website) were listed on page 127 of this month’s Wired magazine as part of their list of Diary-related video logs.

My favorite part of the video was hearing you fall and grunt, so human…so loveable. I like you.

I was disgusted to find that you, Josh Leo, do NOT have your own wiki article.

I tried creating one for Cooking Kitty Corner but it got deleted. Apparently, encyclopaedia topics are supposed to “notable”.

Luckily, you, my friend, are notable. EAT THIS WIKI ADMINS!

That’s the most materialistic greedy grab I’ve ever seen on Easter. I would hate to be between your family and the Christmas tree on Dec. 25th.
