Before I was a vlogger, I was a blogger. I started blogging regularly on a Xanga site when I lived in Anchorage Alaska for a summer. I used it as a way to keep my friends and family back home up to date with my adventures, and also used it as a way to record my adventures there. I enjoyed it so much that I kept doing it when I arrived home. 2004 was probably my most intense year of text posting. You can find some really great rants and thoughts peppered throughout the years. I pretty much abandoned text-blogging and thrust myself into video in 2005, but in 2006, the blog was reborn. I enjoy having many outlets for my thoughts: video, photos, and my first love, text.
