There is this kid sitting across from me with a faux hawk. when did this style become publicly acceptable. I though it was for boybands and people who are “Too cool for school” I don’t think that this is right. I fought with all my might against that stupid littleĀ hair-wave/wall thing that sits atop your forehead when it was in style because it showed the most clear display of ” This is what is supposedly cool, this is what is in style, this is what the tv tells me to do with my hair, I am a mindless robot set on imitating everyone else” I just hope this faux-hawk style doesn’tĀ becomes too popular, we don’t need these kind of things in everyday life.
